What the state actually spent, from the Norwegian government accounts (DFØ) — expenditure per ministry, the largest budget chapters, 5-year trend, year-on-year change and search across every accounting entry since 2014. Expenditure and revenue are separated by chapter number, so the figures are actual spending rather than a net sum that balances to zero.
